To start the betrayers locations AC Shadows, you need to talk to Hori Hidemasa. He is a samurai, so only Yasuke can talk to him. But Naoe does most of the quest for me, because it is much easier for a shinobi to infiltrate protected fortresses and find enemies. I only use Yasuke to talk to Hori Hidemasa when the quest requires it. Let’s start searching for the first betrayer.

Sato Katsubei AC Shadows

Sato Katsubei is located in Yamashiro and specifically in Yamazaki Castle, in the Yamazaki Region. He is your first target. The castle is filled with enemies and he is in the eastern wing. If you attack him unexpectedly and quietly, you can defeat your enemy very quickly.

But to do this, you need to sneak through the territory of Yamazaki Castle. I’m sure you’ll enjoy this task. But even if you have to engage in direct combat with an enemy, it won’t be a problem for you if you use my Naoe build, which I have a separate video about. This build is easy to assemble and helps you defeat any enemy.

Assassinate Fujichika Nakayama location

Next Fujichika Nakayama. He is located in Izumi Settsu and specifically at Takatsuki Castle. The castle’s northeast corner contains the Takatsuki Tenshu, where he is located. This enemy is inside the building above which you see the viewpoint. If Fujichika Nakayama runs out into the street, it is quite difficult to fight him inside the building.

I almost succeeded in killing him with one blow, but I failed and ended up having to fight him and a large number of enemies inside the building, where space is quite limited and there is little room for maneuver.

Endo Tomoyasu location

Next target Endo Tomoyasu. He is found after you kill Sato Katsubei and Fujichika Nakayama, the two first targets. Endo will appear on the map and can be located in Kii. He is specifically in the middle of the region, on the eastern edge, of the town Kyasan.

When you arrive at the location indicated on the map, you will see that the target has already been defeated, and Hori Hidemasa is standing next to it.

Assassinate Sato Genta location

To find your next target, you must first speak with Hori Hidemasa in the Mouth of Seta in Omi. Of course, only Yasuke can do this. After the conversation, your quest board will update and you will be able to find your next target, Sato Genta. He can be found in Omi, at Azuchi Castle. Specifically within Nobutada Estate.

You can only kill him at night. So you’ll have to wait for the cycle to change from day to night before killing him. With Naoe’s help, this task is very easy to complete, and you don’t even have to engage in a difficult battle with the enemy.

Itakura Shigezo AC Shadows location

Now you need to go back and talk to Hori Hidemasa in the Mouth of Seta in Omi. As you might have guessed, you need to load Yasuke again for this action. Now you can find Itakura Shigezo. You can then find him in Harima, specifically at Himeji Castle.

This time, I was unable to approach the target unnoticed, although it is entirely possible; I simply became impatient and rushed. As a result, the noise attracted many enemies, including Itakura Shigezo. Since he came running, he will receive his just deserts, as Naoe does not plan to leave any witnesses alive.

Usami Yoshiko kill or spare

This is starting to get annoying. Next, you need to load Yasuke again to come and talk to Hori Hidemasa in the Mouth of Seta in Omi. After this action, your task board will be updated again and you will receive information on where to find the next target, Usami Yoshiko. She is in Settsu on the outskirts of Katano Castle. This woman has done enough harm by betraying her master. But when Naoe comes to her, it is clear that Usami Yoshiko regrets what she has done.

You will have a choice: you can make her pay for her actions or let her go. I decided to let her go. Naoe’s words after that confirmed that my choice was correct. If Hori Hidemasa has problems with her, he can find her himself; she is not hiding in protected fortresses surrounded by enemies.

Masatoshi Nakahara AC Shadows location

The last target on the list of the betrayers AC Shadows is Masatoshi Nakahara. Fortunately, you don’t have to go to Hori Hidemasa again to find him. He can be found in south Tamba, within Kameyama Castle. It will be challenging to defeat the enemy. There are three strong soldiers with him, and Masatoshi Nakahara himself is a formidable opponent. Therefore, prepare for an intense battle and utilize all your best skills for this fight.

If you do everything correctly, you will undoubtedly defeat the enemy, and the cycle will be complete. Now you need to go and get the final reward for this side quest. Only Yasuke can do this. You need to load him again and find Hori Hidemasa in a place you are already familiar with. After the dialogue, the quest will be completed, and you will receive your reward.
