To start the Silver Smugglers side quest in Assassin’s Creed Shadows, you need to go to Hosokawa Fujitaka. He is located in Tamba at Sujyoji Temple in Miyazu Bay. You will learn about the mysterious thefts of large shipments of merchandise and begin to investigate this mysterious case. The first clue is to contact Fujitaka’s man. This task starts a chain of quests that will help you unravel this complex case.

Silver Smugglers AC Shadows Interrogator

When you arrive at the location I marked on the map, you will see a dead man. This is the contact you need. Unfortunately, it is impossible to talk to him. After examining the deceased, you will notice a trail of blood ahead. It will be fresh and will lead you to your first target. The cave itself is not complicated; there are no confusing turns.

After jumping down into the water, you will quickly figure out where your target is. In this cave, you will find Silver Smugglers AC Shadows Interrogator. You must defeat him. In my case, I took a comfortable position and threw a kunai at him to defeat him. So, the first target is destroyed, and you have new clues about what to look for next.

Teppo Merchant location AC Shadows

The next target is Teppo Merchant location AC Shadows. He can be found in Fukuchiyama Castle in Tamba. The main difficulty is to carefully and quietly approach the castle grounds to find Teppo Merchant. Once I had taken up a convenient position, it took me only two kunai throws to neutralize the enemy.  You will have your own experience of infiltrating this territory. But I’m sure you’ll like it.

Assassinate the Teppo Smuggler

Next, you have another simple task: find and destroy Teppo Smuggler. He can be found in Yakami Fort in the Yakami region of Tamba. Of course, this fort is full of enemies, so you need to reach your target quietly and unnoticed. Once Teppo Smuggler is found, you can run up to him and Assassinate the Teppo Smuggler without giving him a second to think.

But then you have to fight off the other enemies or run away. So, the target has been neutralized, so let’s move on to the next target. Where an additional task needs to be performed.

Track down the slaver

This task is called track down the slaver. You need to go to the location indicated on my map, find and read the note. After that, your task will be updated and you will be able to assassinate the slaver.

The slaver location AC Shadows

You will find The slaver location AC Shadows on a ship in Wakasa’s town of Tsuruga in Sotomo Gate. It is important to note that the slaver will shoot at you with quite powerful weapons, so you should dodge in time. Also, if he blows up a barrel of gunpowder and sets you on fire, your health will decrease rapidly, so act quickly and carefully to defeat the slaver.

Silver Trader location AC Shadows

Next, you need to find Silver Trader location AC Shadows. He can be found in Wakasa, specifically at Genabo Fort on Mount Uchinakao. Be careful, this is another area with a large number of enemies. Therefore, to get to Silver Trader, you need to quietly eliminate the other opponents, using your stealth skills to the maximum.

In direct combat, use your best build for Naoe, which will allow you to easily defeat large numbers of enemies. You can find a link to my build in the description. After the victory, you will see that a new target has appeared in your task list.

Investigate the brewery

To begin with, you need to complete an additional task called Investigate the brewery. I have shown you the location of this task on the map. Also, take a close look at my character’s route to quickly find your way to the second floor. Here you will read a letter that will tell you where to find the Smuggler Leader.

Assassinate the Smuggler Leader AC Shadows

So, Smuggler Leader is the next target, but not the last one. You can find Smuggler Leader in Harima in Mai’s Mansion in Himeji. Of course, you are already used to this. This is enemy territory. Here you need to carefully sneak across the roof to your target, quietly assassinating anyone who gets in your way.

When you find the Smuggler Leader, you will see many enemies around her. One way or another, you will have to defeat them all. First, let’s Assassinate the Smuggler Leader AC Shadows. One throw of a kunai is enough to defeat her. Now let’s look at the task board.

Read the Smuggler Leader’s letter

In order to move forward in the quest, you need to read the Smuggler Leader’s letter, which is located where this enemy was sitting before you destroyed him. The location is shown again on the map. Before reading the letter, you must destroy all the enemies around you.

Reveal the truth to Fujitaka

Now you must return to Hosokawa Fujitaka and tell him the truth: that there is a traitor among his subordinates who is organizing these large-scale robberies for personal gain. Of course, Hosokawa Fujitaka will not believe you and will say that this is a mistake. Yoshisada is our next and final target in this quest.

Yoshisada location AC Shadows

Yoshisada location AC Shadows can be found in Miyazu Bay in Tamba, specifically within Miyazu Castle. This is the last quest in this quest, but not the last in the game, where you must quietly and unobtrusively reach your destination in enemy territory. Do not spare any enemies along the way.

When you find Yoshisada, you will not be able to assassinate him secretly. First, you need to talk to himAfter the conversation, you will have a final battle with Yoshisada. Here you will need my build for Naoe to easily defeat this enemy without any problems. You will find a link to this build in the description of this video.

Also, keep in mind that other enemies nearby will rush in when they hear the sound of battle if you haven’t destroyed them beforehand, and they will interfere with your fight. In the end, you will win, and this is the last goal in this quest. Now you need to go to Hosokawa Fujitaka and report everything.

Return to Hosokawa Fujitaka

When you come to him, you will receive an apology for not believing you, as well as your final reward.
