Today, we will review all the collectibles that you can find in Chapter 8 – Abyssal Forest.  I also recommend reviewing Chapter 7 Siege Part 2. Abyssal Forest Challenges

There are three challenges available in Abyssal Forest. The first is Ghost Buster. It’s simple. Find the flying monster and deflect the green balls it throws at you three times. The next challenge is Knockout. After the monster glows purple, finish it off with your shield. The third challenge, Bone Collector, is the most difficult. You need to knock out ammunition replenishment with a melee attack. To do this, you need to actively shoot with several different guns, use up ammunition, and when the melee attack is replenished with three hits, perform it.

Abyssal Forest 5 gold (005/250)

At the beginning of the level, as you move forward, check the map in time. You will see a fork in the road that is very easy to miss. Go to this place and you will get 5 gold on your way.

Abyssal Forest secret location + 5 gold (009/250)

This place serves as a sign telling you to move on. So you don’t need to go back, just keep moving forward along this route. There will be a gap in front of you that you need to jump over. I did it with the help of a monster that was on the other side. Move forward and you will find 4 gold coins on the ground, and a little further on you will find access to the first secret location where the Life Sigil is located.

Abyssal Forest yellow key + 3 gold (012/250)

Then jump down and you will return to your main route. Ahead, you will see a red zone where a battle will take place, and on the left, there is a passage where 3 gold coins lie on the ground. As soon as you enter the red area, the passage will be closed by a transparent barrier, and until you defeat the enemies here, you will not be able to proceed. Ultimately, you need to move along this side passage. At the end of the route, you will climb up the wall and find a yellow key. You will need this key to continue with the storyline.

Abyssal Forest missing 5 gold (017/250)

After using the yellow key, find the place I am showing you on the map. It is easy to miss, so be careful. There is a ledge here that you can jump off to find 5 gold coins. And this is again the path to a special secret place, which I will tell you about later.

Abyssal Forest 10 gold bar (027/250) and secret

Continue along this route, where you will encounter a small group of monsters, and then you will see a flooded cave. This is secret room number two. There is nothing interesting under the water, but at the end of this reservoir there will be an accelerator. But before you get to it, you need to reach the wall on the left through the water and climb up it. At the top, you will find 10 gold coins scattered around. Don’t miss this place.

Abyssal Forest ruby

Now you can safely proceed to the accelerator. I jump from the upper platform to it. It will transport you to the location of the ruby. Enemies will await you in this room, so be prepared to defend yourself. This is where I completed one of the challenges, but your situation may differ.

When you return to the main route and proceed to the location I have marked on the map, you will encounter thorny vegetation that can be destroyed. Inside, you will find the third secret and a page from the codex.

Abyssal forest gold chest 50 gold (077/250)

After you fly over the chasm with the shield, note that there is a small descent on the map. It seems to lead back a little. At the end of this path, you will again see thorny bushes that can be broken with the shield. Inside, you will find the fourth secret and a chest, which, when broken, will give you 50 gold.

Abyssal Forest demonic essence location

Next, you will face a fierce battle in the red zone, where there will be many enemies. At the end of the battle, the main enemy will appear. When you defeat him, you will automatically receive Demonic Essence – Armor. Prepare well for the battle, as depending on the difficulty level, it may not be easy.

Abyssal Forest toy location +13 gold (090/250)

First, find the place I showed on the map. Here you need to jump down onto the platform and move forward. There will be a gap in front of you, which you must jump over in time. Next, you will find 5 gold coins on the ground. Don’t stop and keep moving. The path will lead you up the stairs to a room. In the center of the room is a collectible toy enclosed in a protective cage. To pick it up, first find the red cross and throw your shield at it. Nearby, you will see another metal grate rise, which blocked access to the mechanism. Throw your shield there, and while it is spinning, the cage above the toy will be open. Take the toy – Witch – and leave this place. The exit is where there are 4 gold coins on the ground.

Abyssal Forest life sigil location

When you leave the place where the toy was, pay attention to the container standing nearby on the left. With its help, you can climb higher, turn around, jump over to another wall to climb even higher. Next, you will see a green statue. Throw your shield at it and fly after the shield to reach the platform where the sixth secret and a life sigil are located. There will also be a small group of monsters that you need to defeat, so be careful.

Abyssal Forest gold chest location 50 gold (140/250)

Now go to the center of the map. There is a sign indicating that the mission has been completed. You will see a statue hanging behind wooden slats, holding onto a red cross. You need to throw your shield to break this connection. When the statue falls down, it will break the floor and create a passageway down. Go in there. A group of monsters awaits you in a narrow corridor, so get ready to fight them. After defeating them, move forward. At the end, you will climb up the wall onto a platform, where you will see a chest containing 50 gold coins. Break it open and take the treasure.

Abyssal Forest gold guide 16 gold (156/250)

Now find the place I show on the map. Throw your shield through the spinning fan blades, and this action will lower a wall in front of you that you can climb. This is the exit from the location. At the top, there is a cannon that will help you destroy the debris ahead, but before that, pick up 16 gold coins at the top.

Abyssal Forest ruby guide + 7 gold (163/250)

Now you can use the cannon to avoid returning here, but don’t leave the location. We still have a few items left to collect, which you won’t be able to get if you leave the location. So, first, to the left of the cannon, you will see several broken pieces of the bridge. Jump on them, and you will pick up 3 gold coins, then 4 gold coins, and finally, you will find the eighth secret and the second ruby.

Abyssal Forest secret area + 16 gold (179/250)

And that’s not all. Nearby, there is a place where you can jump down to the lower level. Here, you need to throw your shield at the red cross to break it. Only then will the metal grate in front of you rise, and you will receive the ninth secret and 16 gold.

Abyssal Forest secrets + 16 gold (195/250)

Check that you have everything you need, as you will not be able to return. Now let’s leave this location. You used the cannon to break through the rubble, and that is where you need to go. Once there, you will need to jump down. Immediately turn around to collect 16 gold coins.

Abyssal Forest last gold chest 50 gold (245/250)

Next, you will descend even lower in the elevator. Here you will receive a new weapon. Now you can see a golden chest nearby. But to get it, you need to move forward. Ahead, on the left, high up in the mountain, you will see a green statue. Throw your shield at it and fly after the shield to find yourself on the second floor. Now run along the route in front of you. Jump over the chasm and you will find the last eleventh secret and a chest with 50 gold.

Abyssal Forest gold and life sigil + 5 gold (250/250)

You will find the last 5 gold bars on the way to the final boss. They are impossible to miss. Further down the road, when you jump down, turn around to pick up the last Life Sigil.
