I found quite a few chests in Chapter 6 of Guiding Winds. As many as 15. So I decided to make a separate video about the chests to show their locations and rewards. I hope you find this guide useful. All other quests and missions are covered in separate articles. Here we will only discuss the chests.

So, as usual, I recommend watching the video first for those who prefer visual material.

Chest #1-Life Elixir ➤ Chest #2-Black Scale

I am continuing the series of videos about finding chests in Ninja Gaiden 4. Today, it’s time for the sixth chapter, Guiding Winds. Near the first DarkNest Terminal after fighting enemies, look to the left if you are facing the terminal. You will see two chests. In the first one, you will find a Life Elixir, and in the second one, there will be a Black Scale.

Chest #3-Life Elixir

Move forward and after the battle in the large open area, you will see a closed wooden door. Open it and go inside. On the right, there will be a lift for the Flying Bird Flip, and on the left, you will find a chest with Life Elixir.

Chest #4-Crimson Blood Pellets

You will find the fourth chest near the next DarkNest Terminal. After fighting your enemies, don’t miss the chest. It is located opposite the terminal, behind a tree near the wall. Here you will find Crimson Blood Pellets.

Chest #5-Life Elixir

After a while, you will jump onto a platform where the fifth chest will be right in front of you. Enemies will immediately rush towards you. You can open the chest right away or do it after the battle. The chest contains a Life Elixir.

Chest #6-Life Elixir

After that, you will encounter even more enemies on the next platform. The most annoying one here is Kettle Tsukomo. In my case, I had a full berserk charge, so I decided to destroy him right away. Otherwise, I would have had to hide from his attacks, destroy other enemies, and then deal with Kettle Tsukomo. In any case, after the battle, turn around and look down, and you will see an area with a chest. Inside the chest, you will find a Life Elixir.

Chest #7-Life Elixir

Next, if you don’t skip it, you have to complete the mission Execute the man-eating demons. After the battle on this site, open the chest to get the Life Elixir.

Chest #8-Crimson Blood Balm

Proceed forward through the story, and you will see a chest on your left. It is impossible to miss, as it is visible from afar, and the road is narrow here. Open the chest to obtain Crimson Blood Balm.

Chest #9-Divine Life Elixir ➤ Chest #10-Life Elixir

Next, you will encounter a new enemy, Fish Tsukomo, for the first time. After defeating it, you will be able to open two chests located nearby. In the first chest, you will find the Divine Life Elixir, and in the second, there will be a regular Life Elixir.

Chest #11-Life Elixir ➤ Chest #12-Life Elixir ➤ Chest #13-Life Elixir

Next, use Flying Bird Flip to escape from the battle with another Fish Tsukomo, as there are no bonuses for winning, and Lantern Demons and Tengu will meet you at the intermediate platform. After winning, you will open three chests. Two chests are next to each other, and the third is a little further away. Each of them contains a Life Elixir.

Chest #14-Life Elixir ➤ Chest #15-Life Elixir

Next, you won’t miss the part where you slide down large yellow ropes and jump from one to another. Eventually, you will find yourself on a wooden bridge and be attacked by enemies. After the battle, you need to move to the right, jumping from one bridge to another with the help of Caddis Wire. You will see two chests, but to open them, you will need to defeat a group of enemies here as well. Both chests contain Life Elixir.  I want to note that I am not entirely sure that these are all the chests in this chapter. Perhaps I missed something during my journey, so I would be grateful if you could write about it in the comments.
