- Life Sigil (Secret Area 1)
Soon after obtaining the Shield Saw, you’ll come across a wall marked with a shield icon which you need to break open in order to unlock a secret room containing a Life Sigil. - Imp Stalker Toy (Secret Area 2)
Find two stacked boxes beneath a vent in a corridor filled with steam pipes. Climb up and enter it to find an Imp Stalker Toy collectible! - Gold Cache (Secret Area 3)
Break through a wall near the research lab on its left side to unlock a room filled with gold! - Gold Platform (Secret Area 4)

Once atop a short set of stairs and encountering a climbable wall, turn around and head back down them; when reaching barricaded crates jump over them to find the Codex Entry.

At a fork in the road before the teleporter, look up and to the left to spot a stack of metal boxes leading up to a climbable vent. Navigating through this vent will net you the Nightmare Shredder weapon skin.
